What is credit and how is it used?
One credit equals one dollar of model cost. The usage of each request is calculated from tokens (or images) and that model's multiplier, and recorded in your panel.
Am I charged if a request fails?
Errors before processing cost nothing. If the outcome is unknown (a disconnect or timeout), part of the reserved credit may be deducted; the details are in each request's receipt.
Can I set a usage limit?
Yes; in the panel, under "Alerts and budget", set a monthly limit and a low-balance alert.
